If you place an order, create an account with us, or otherwise provide us your e-mail address, we may use that address to confirm your order, confirm the creation of an account, or to notify you of important information or changes to your account or our policies and practices.
Our Site includes “e-mail to a friend” functionality that allows you to easily share the product or other valuable information with your friends and family. Any e-mail addresses provided to us in the use of these features are used solely for the intended purpose of the e-mail communication you authorize. We do not retain these e-mail addresses in our database.
Return & Exchange
We stand behind the products we sell, and your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. We accept return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged).
30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from our store to return the product. You will waive your right to return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.
CHANGE OR CANCEL
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first hour of your order being created, after this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel orders. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.
In the event you receive any merchandise you feel is defective due to our error, you must notify the our store at [email protected] within 24 hours of order delivery for any replacement to be considered. If we deem necessary to view the defective products, we may ask for photos or for the order to be sent back to us for our inspection. Merchandise found to be defective due to our error would be exchanged at no charge (includes free shipping and handling for the exchange). Products determined to have been damaged as a result of customer misuse or excessive treatment will NOT be exchanged.
We accept unopened and unused products only. We will not accept returns of used products, repackaged products, or opened products. The determination of the condition is at our sole discretion. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product’s warranty period.

Once you receive approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, merchandise must be returned via ground at your expense, please mark outside of the box with the RMA number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Please note that your bank may take up to 10 working days to process your refund. This depends on the institution from which a payment card is issued, and the respective processing time. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Products returned not in accordance with our above “Return & Exchange” or are returned due to claims of being defective, but are found to be not defective, will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses the product, our store will retain the property of the product and no credit, refund or exchange will be issued or allowed to the customer.
